Review of 2020 Samsung phones

Here we will review some of the latest phones by Samsung.

1.    Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra

This 5G supporting beast of a smartphone comes with arguably one of the best cameras Android has to offer: a 108MP main camera with 12MP ultra-wide and a 12 MP periscope zoom lens. Also, it has a huge screen of 6.9 inches with an AMOLED display having 496/inch with a 4500 mAH battery. It comes with 12GB RAM with storage options (128/256/512GB). While some features like a response rate of up to 120 Hz have pleased the customers, a slow ultrasound fingerprint sensor has disappointed many.  One of many reasons the device has been raved about, in addition to the design, is the super responsive stylus that will make you want to doodle on the screen like a kid! However, as you would have already guessed, such features don’t come cheap, to enjoy them you’ll have to cough up a hefty sum of US$1500.

2.    Samsung Galaxy S20 plus

The most eye-catching feature of this phone has to be its 64MP telephoto lens that allows much better zoom by supporting 3x hybrid optical zoom.  It also offers a brilliant refresh rate of 128Hz.  For the most part, many features are the same as that of Note 20 ultra, yet it starts at a much lower rate of around US$700. Other features include an 8 or 12GB RAM, Snapdragon 865/Exynos 990 processor with a 6.7-inch screen, storage of 128/256/512, 2 more rear cameras of 12MP each, and a front camera of 10MP. However, with the introduction of the S21 series, its uniqueness has faded a little.

3.    Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra

S21 ultra is an absolute favorite of the gaming community since it can run graphically intense games smoothly with a Snapdragon 888/Exynos 2100 processor. Still, the jaw-dropping feature of this phone is its set of cameras having a set of astonishing rear cameras: 108MP main camera, 12MP ultra wide-angle camera, and a couple of telephoto cameras. What’s more impressive is that, unlike many other devices, it has an equally impressive front camera of 40MP! Other features include a gorilla glass back, 12GB/16GB RAM, and 128/256/512GB storage with a 6.8-inch screen. However, it too is quite expensive and is available at the price of around US$1000.

4.    Samsung Galaxy S20 FE

The most pleasing thing about this device has to be its strong processor, Exynos 990/ Snapdragon865/ (the latter able to support 5G), along with the availability of 1080×2400 super AMOLED display (6.5 inches) with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Furthermore, with features that include a 6GB/8GB RAM, 128/256 GB storage, and a battery of 4500mAH, this ‘fan edition’ phone indeed does justice to its name. And even though some features like the rear camera set (12MP+12MP+8MP), the price tag of $699 seems to be keeping it very popular with the customers. In conclusion, it won’t be wrong to state that galaxy s20 FE, a trimmed down version of galaxy s20 with better battery life and selfie camera cut checks a compelling set of boxes and promises to give you the most value for money among the flagship line of phones especially if you have a tight budget.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
